Product introduction:
Laser die repairing welding machine is to weld the special welding wire to the damaged parts of the die through the instantaneous high heat energy generated by the laser, and firmly weld with the original base material. After welding, it is processed into a smooth surface by EDM or grinding, so as to repair the die. Widely used in die repair and metal parts repair, can weld a variety of die materials.
Features and characteristics:
The laser mold repair welding machine can quickly and accurately repair the pores, slag holes and shrinkage holes formed in the casting process.
Suitable for laser repair materials are ductile cast iron, gray cast iron, stainless steel, etc.
- Small thermal deformation, small heat affected zone (suitable for processing high melting point, high hardness, unique materials);
- It can be used for local heat treatment of ordinary parts, complex parts or small parts. It can also be done in a vacuum;
- No preheating treatment is required, and the workpiece is not annealed after welding;
- No sagging deformation, no pores, no trachoma;
- After use, it can be used to repair cracks, chipping, edges and corners, sand holes, mold wear;
- The same hardness as the substrate can be achieved after repair with the same material as the substrate;
- The toughness of the cold mold and the cutting edge of the tool can also be welded, eliminating the tedious preheating and heat preservation process of ordinary argon welding.
